To Our Customers:

It has become very clear that we are facing new challenges with COVID-19.  We share your concern and want to do everything we can to keep our customers, our staff, and our community safe and healthy.

Many of the precautions that are being recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are precautions we already utilize on a daily basis.  We currently meet or exceed sanitation levels prescribed by the Arkansas Dept. of Health for safe food handling. We are also currently adding some additional precautions in the face of COVID-19:

  • Starting immediately, upon request we will offer any of our corporate catering menu items in single serve, individually packaged containers with individually packaged eating utensils, reducing the handling of serving utensils associated with buffet style service.
  • Our food delivery drivers will use single-use disposable gloves after entering your workplace and change into new gloves before setting up your food.
  • We are 100% off premise catering, meaning that we cook all food in our facility and transport it to our customers.  We do not have dine-in or drive-thru service, nor do we utilize 3rd party delivery services, making it much easier for us to control the sanitary environment in our facility.  We have locked down our food preparation areas so that only employees will be allowed into food prep areas.
  • We are holding regular training meetings with our staff to keep them up to date on the latest requirements and recommendations from health officials and frequent updates and reminders are being issued to the entire team.
  • As always, we will continue to maintain proper handwashing procedures within our kitchen and among our culinary team and support staff.
  • All counters, equipment handles, door knobs, work surfaces, faucets, and bathrooms in our facility are being sanitized regularly throughout the day.
  • As always, all our produce and applicable perishables are washed and stored in accordance with the guidelines set by the Arkansas Dept. of Health.  We are licensed and inspected by the Dept. of Health on a regular basis and our past health inspection reports are available for you to view (we have excellent scores!).

We know that you rely on us for more than just great food and service.  The health and safety of your workplace, as well as ours, is of utmost importance to us.  We value your business and will continue to go above and beyond to provide the services you need.  As always, let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
