Instructions
Blackened Chicken with Cajun Cream Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Add the flour and stir to combine. Continue to cook and stir the flour mixture for about 2 minutes, being careful not to allow the flour to brown.
  2. Stir the cream into the flour mixture and continue to cook and stir until sauce starts to thicken. Season the sauce with the Blackening Seasoning, Louisiana Hot Sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked and drained pasta into the sauce and stir to combine. Divide the pasta onto four plates and top each plate with the sliced Blackened Chicken. Garnish with diced tomatoes and diced green onions, if desired.
Blackened Chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub chicken breasts with Blackening Seasoning.
  2. Place chicken in hot pan and cook for 3 minutes. Turn, and cook 3 minutes on other side. Place breasts in an oven-safe pan and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
